7th grader with a very high C almost a B in pre-alebra....i understand most of the stuff we learn , but sometime i get lost and the teacher can be no help at all.DO I NEED A TUTOR???nows the time to get one we have a test one tuesday and quiz thursday....best answer gets 10 points!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do i need a math tutor????
Look in to see if you can get help from the teacher at lunch or after school. If not, you should probably get a tutor. The best ones are usually older, but you can get a high school tutor for usually about $8 a lesson. Tutors are usually better than self learn books because they can assess your individual needs (each student has trouble on different aspects). Or, you can post up what you're doing and I'm sure we can help you out on here. Also, sv is correct as well in that, unless you want to get better yourself, none of this will help you (but I'm sure this isn't the case for you if you went through the trouble to ask this question). Reply:Your 'eagerness to learn' Mathematics and 'will to do it better' is the 'best tutor'. You do need help for particular questions but you don't need a 'tutor'. Take help from self-learning books. Good luck.
