Fantasy football tutor??

I'm a newbie at fantasy football, but my boyfriend loves it and I'd like to see what it's like... I don't really want to ask him b/c of personal reasons, but if someone would like to help me with all the mechanics and advice and teach me a little something, it would be greatly appreciated!!

Fantasy football tutor??
Can any of those guys listed above get Marvin Harrison, Hines Ward, Ladainian Tomlinson, Jeremy Shockey, Adam Vinatieri and the Carolina defense on one team? If you want some real help, than look no farther than Adam S!

I know what I am doing and it shows. Over 20% of the time, people on Yahoo! Answers pick my answers as the best, and I only answer fantasy sports questions. If you don't believe me, than take a look at my profile and browse through some of my answers.

If you want to get good at fantasy sports to talk with your boyfriend or even beat him, than I am your guy.

Reply:This guy helped me--read my "best answer." Good luck.
Reply:I don't have an issue with you asking your boyfriend to help you out with this one. If he's not the macho type, he just might do it.
Reply:you got some good advice in here. once you understand how to play and how the scoring goes. do some research on some players and teams. watch for injuries that happens during training camp and pre-season games. i suggest that for the first 4 rounds that you draft your skill positions first like your rb's in rounds 1 and 2 and rounds 3 and 4 for wr's. then draft your qb, rb, wr, te, def, k. try to draft at least 2 qb's, 3-4 rb's, 3-4 wr's, 1-2 te's, 1 k, 1 good defense like chicago, panthers, steelers, seattle. hopefully this will help a bit and go kick some assss.
Reply:I'll help you if you like, there's a bit to learn though, it could take a while.
Reply:Trust me, I know what Im doing. I drafted BOTH Antonio Gates and Chad Johnson (who were both ranked #1 at there positions TE and WR) In that order. Just drop me an email, I'LL be glad to help!

Lots of people here, including other girls who all play Fantasy Football and love to help people!

PS is all free too unlike many sites out there.
Reply:I'm hoping that U are going to draft in a ESPN or NFL.com format or this is a waste of time%26gt; I have drafted many different ways threw the years this is what I found to work best

draft your RBS 1 and 2nd

3rd QB

4-5Th WR

6Th TE

then the rest in this order Backup RB, Backup QB, Backup WR, Backup TE, DEF, backup DEF,kicker, Backup Kicker

Now that that's done look at your line up make sure you have no bye week conflicts. If you do trade a player.

Now keep an eye on injuries and weak defenses to help you decide who to start each week

MOST OF ALL HAVE FUN!!!!!!! hope this helps
